Terms and Conditions of Payment

Taking a training with PYE.

Please agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have questions that aren’t covered here, feel free to email admin@pyeglobal.org.

PYE is a registered charity. We do our best to offer trainings at an affordable rate to anyone who wants to learn more about creative facilitation and using the arts to impact youth. In order to do this we have set the following terms and conditions of payment.

Creative Facilitation Workshops:

  • A full refund, less a $50 Admin fee, will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a Creative Facilitation training.
  • For cancellation times of less than 7 days, will do our best to offer your place to someone on the waiting list or to offer it for re-sale. If we are able to fill your space in the training, we will refund your payment minus a $50 processing fee. A refund may not be possible if we are unable to re-fill your space.
  • Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice will not be offered a refund.

Art of Facilitation and Catch the Fire:

  • A full refund, less a $50 Admin fee, will be issued for cancellations made more than 1-month prior to a training start date.
  • For cancellations of less than 1-month, we will do our best to offer your space to someone on our wait list, or to offer it for re-sale. If we are able to fill your space in the training, we will refund your payment minus a $50 processing fee. A refund may not be possible if we are unable to re-fill your space.
  • Cancellations of less than 2-weeks notice will not be offered a refund.
